Can I use my own Vendor?
We have been in business since 2001, and we have formed relationships with particular subcontractors built on trust, reliability, and quality. While you can use your own vendor, we highly recommend using our trusted subcontractors to ensure a superior home building experience.
Can I build on my own lot?
Absolutely! We thrive on customers who know exactly what they want, and we strive to deliver a product that is exactly what you want! We ask that you come prepared with information such as:
- Acreage of the land requesting to be built on
- Idea of the amount of sitework needed
- If utilities need to be installed or if utilities are already installed
- Is your property on city sewer or septic
When will construction start on my home?
Building a home is one of the most exciting times, and we know you are anxiously anticipating construction to start! We strive to break ground typically within 30 days of the finalization of:
- Selections
- Plans
- Signed contract
Can I change selections once construction is started?
Most customers are the happiest with their first selections. However, we are aware everyone gets new ideas. If you need to change a selection, we will walk you through our change order process.
How do I submit a warranty request?
We care about effective communication, which is why we communicate to our customers through Co-Construct. In order to submit a warranty request:
- Please login to Co-Construct by selecting the Client Login tab under the Contact Us tab on our website
- Once logged in, simply select the Warranty tab
- Enter in each warranty request separately, selecting “Add” following each request
- We recommend adding pictures to ensure accuracy when diagnosing the warranty request
- Our Warranty Coordinator will reach out to schedule your 30-day and 1-year warranty
